You know what makes the world so amazing and awesome? YOU! I want this to be a blog about being awe-inspiring, being the change you want to see in the world, being happy, healthy and about loving yourself.

I am a 26 year old gluten-free girl from Vancouver, BC. I am still learning what healthy living really means and I want to share my experiences with you and I hope you do the same! I love turkey, dark chocolate, yoga and circuit training.
Whole 30 | Day 3
Breakfast: Quiche, half an apple, bell peppers and tea. Tall black coffee.
Lunch: Scotch egg, avocado dressing, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, grapefruit and green tea.
Dinner: Stir fry with spinach salad and avocado dressing.
Post-Workout: Egg, butternut squash and couple strawberries. Ginger tea.
My meals aren’t too varied as I am the MASTER of making food last as long as possible and I don’t mind eating the same things again (I’ll make more food on the weekend I swear!).
But unlike yesterday — where I felt ill — I feel much better! I was rudely awoken by my woodpecker “friend” (don’t get me started) this morning but managed to fall asleep again almost immediately, which is extremely unusual for me. I find that it is easier to fall asleep already!? Which feels pretty amazing, it normally takes me 30 - 60mins of tossing and turning to fall asleep. Also, during my early morning ‘craving time’, I didn’t even feel that hungry or think about food until afternoon when I had lunch!
The only downside for today was that I had some random joint pain — very much like the pain I get if I eat gluten. I was wondering if my body is just trying to detox out the junk and its just irritating/inflaming my joints?! Thoughts guys?
Either way, I had a lovely afternoon tea with a friend which was a nice break in the work day and had a pumped cardio workout when I got home!
Bring on day 4!
